Pork Chops And Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    salt
    pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 (6 oz.) pkg. seasoned long grain and wild rice mix
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Salt and pepper pork chops.
    In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
    Add chops; cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until brown.
    Combine rice mix and boiling water. Pour rice mixture into a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Place chops on top of rice.
    Cover; bake about 40 minutes.
    Serves 2.
