Easy Waldorf Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stew meat
    2 onions, in chunks
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    2 c. chopped carrots
    4 medium potatoes, in chunks
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Arrange meat and vegetables in large pot in the order listed. (Do not brown stew meat.)
    Over top, sprinkle sugar, salt, pepper and tapioca.
    Cover with tomato soup and add 1/4 can of water only and pour over top.
    Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours, stirring once or twice while baking.
