Upside-Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 jar Pizza Quick sauce
    1 large can Hungry Jack biscuits (10 count)
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper.
    Drain.
    Add sauce. Simmer 10 minutes.
    Put in dish.
    Add cheese and be sure you flake biscuits on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until biscuits are brown.
