Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

whole pork
boneless tenderloin
salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cut loin in half. Salt and pepper both pieces of pork.
Wrap each in separate piece of foil.
Put meat thermometer in each piece, being careful to wrap foil back around the thermometer. Bake until it reads 185\u00b0 to 190\u00b0, well done. Pour liquid off of loins.
Open foil and let tops brown about 10 minutes longer.
