Spicy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 chicken thighs (any parts that you like)
1/4 c. vegetable or olive oil
1/2 c. ReaLemon lemon juice
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Soak the chicken in 2 c. cold water with 2 tsp. salt for 20 minutes. Drain, rinse off and pat dry. Place in a baking pan (the chicken should fit tightly in pan). Mix all the other ingredients together and pour over chicken; let sit for 20 minutes. Bake at 400\u00b0 on the lower oven rack until tender. Remove from oven, cover the pan and let sit for 15 minutes. Serve on rice or noodles.
