Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. finely grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar; beat well.
    Add eggs and blend.
    Sift dry ingredients 2 or 3 times; add to mixture, blending thoroughly. Add carrots, small amounts at a time; blend well.
    Bake for 1 hour in tube pan at 350\u00b0.
    (Grease and flour pan before pouring cake mixture into it.)
