Bran Rolls(Makes 16) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. dry yeast
1 1/4 c. lukewarm water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. honey
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. safflower oil
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. milk powder
1 c. bran
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. unbleached flour (approximately)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in bowl except unbleached flour.
Let it sit under cover for several hours.
Gradually add unbleached flour, kneading dough until it is smooth.
Let it rise for 2 hours.
Punch down, divide in 16 pieces.
Roll each and place on cookie sheet. Let rise 30 minutes.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
