Ruth'S Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    6 c. sliced cooked potatoes
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Brown bacon until done; remove from drippings.
    Also, remove some of the fat.
    Add onions and simmer until tender.
    Blend in flour.
    Add vinegar, sugar, water, salt and celery seed.
    Cook until thickened.
    Fold in bacon, potatoes, eggs and parsley.
    Heat until it is hot.
    Serves 6.
