Sausage Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped apple
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Press lightly into greased 6-cup ring mold.
Loosen edges with spatula and unmold into shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, drain fat and move to warm platter.
