Arizona Chalupa Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 cans jalapeno bean dip
    5 to 6 green onions w/tops, minced
    4 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can drained ripe olives, chopped
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix.
    Spread bean dip in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with avocado mixture then top with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle in layers with onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Broil until cheese melts.
    Serve with nacho chips (large round ones).
