Market Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. small cauliflower florets
    2 c. small broccoli florets
    2 medium carrots, cut into short, thin strips
    3/4 c. chopped red or green bell pepper
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. salad olives
    1/3 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. oregano, crushed
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine first six ingredients; set aside.
    In small bowl, combine vinegar, garlic powder and oregano.
    Slowly add oil, whisking until smooth and thickened.
    Add to vegetable and cheese mixture.
    Toss gently.
    Cover; chill thoroughly, stirring several times.
