Delicious Dove - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 doves
1/2 c. picante sauce (mild)
1/2 c. red wine
1 Tbsp. mustard

Preparation

Pour oil in skillet and heat.
Brown doves at medium temperature for about 3 minutes on each side.
Remove from skillet and place in casserole.
