Chicken Spaghetti For 12 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen (4 or 5 lb.)
    2 green peppers, diced
    celery, diced (2 or 3 stalks)
    3 large onions, diced
    5 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 can mushrooms
    3 cans tomato soup
    1 can pimento, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1 lb. spaghetti
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil hen until tender and bone.
    Melt margarine and saute peppers, celery, onions, garlic and mushrooms until tender.
    Add tomato soup, chicken, pimento and bay leaf. Cook slowly for 2 hours. Cook spaghetti separately and add when ready to serve. Add cheese last and let melt into all before serving.
    Serves 12.
