Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    4 eggs
    5 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar and shortening.
    Sift together flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt.
    Mix together.
    Form balls the size of walnuts.
    Roll in mixture of 4 tablespoons sugar and 4 tablespoons cinnamon.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
