The Night Before Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    2 slices bread, cubed
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Crumble and brown sausage; drain.
    Beat eggs with milk and salt.
    Layer bread, sausage and cheese in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Pour eggs on top.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
