Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Blue cheese
1 Tbsp. bell pepper
1 Tbsp. pimento
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Preparation

Mix ingredients and form into a ball. Color with red food coloring, if desired, to make pretty for parties.
Roll in chopped pecans.
