Lamb In Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. boneless lamb
flour
salt and pepper
1/4 c. carrots, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. onions, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. drippings
Preparation

Cut lamb in uniform pieces and roll in seasoned flour.
Brown in drippings.
Place in casserole.
Add carrots, onions, parsley and cover with cold water.
Cook in moderate oven until meat is tender.
Add more seasonings if necessary.
Thicken the gravy with flour.
Time in oven 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Serves 8.
