Apple Walnut Sticky Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. hot roll mix
    2 large sweet apples (such as Red Delicious or Golden Delicious, about 1 lb.), peeled, cored and cut into 1/2-inch chunks (about 2 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Prepare Glaze:
    Grease 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin pan cups (see note).
    In small saucepan over low heat, stir honey and butter just until butter melts. Remove from heat. Stir in cinnamon. Place about 1 tablespoon glaze mixture in each greased muffin pan cup.
    Set remaining glaze aside.
    Add 1 teaspoon each brown sugar and chopped walnuts to each cup.
    Set muffin pan aside.
