Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 lb.) beef roasts
    1 (3 lb.) pork loin roast
    5 jumbo onions
    1 lb. margarine
    2 1/2 lb. potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook roasts overnight, covered in water, in a large heavy-duty pot.
    Let meat cool enough to be able to tear apart and throw away fat from bones.
    Twist the meat into a fine texture; return the meat to broth in pot.
    Continue cooking on low heat and add onions, margarine, salt and pepper.
    Let simmer for 20 to 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
