Macadamia Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. sour cream
    1 cube butter, softened
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. chopped Macadamia nuts
Preparation
    Stir
    the
    soda
    into the sour cream.
    Blend the butter with 1 cup of sugar.
    Add the sour cream and soda combination. Add
    the vanilla;
    mix
    well.
    Add
    flour
    sifted with baking powder.
    Turn into
    a
    greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle remaining sugar, cinnamon and chopped Macadamia nuts over all and marble them through the dough.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
