Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. or 4 c. pecans, chopped
1 lb. coconut
1 (8 oz.) green pineapple, sliced
1 (8 oz.) red pineapple, sliced
1 (8 oz.) green cherries
1 (8 oz.) red cherries
1 lb. dates, chopped
2 cans Eagle Brand milk
Preparation

Reserve a slice of red and green pineapple and cherries to decorate cake.
In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients. Bake in tube cake pan.
Spray with Baker's Joy. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours.
