Pistachio-Pineapple Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
1 pkg. (4-serving size) sugar-free pistachio flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 3/4 c. thawed whipped topping
1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Pour pineapple and juice into bowl.
Add the mix.
With a wire whisk, rotary beater or electric mixer at lowest speed, beat until
well
blended.
Fold in whipped topping and nuts. Pudding will be soft-set and ready to eat in 5 minutes.
Store in refrigerator.
Makes 4 cups or 8 servings.
