Tuna Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 toasted buns
    1 can tuna fish, drained
    4 slices onion
    2 sliced hard-boiled eggs
    1 can condensed cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place toast on cookie sheet or in shallow baking pan.
    Spread with tuna.
    Top with onion and egg.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over open-faced sandwiches.
    Broil until hot.
    Makes 4 servings.
