Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices day-old bread
2 c. diced chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2/3 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayo
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cut and cube 4 bread slices in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix chicken, pepper, celery, mayo, onion, salt and pepper and spread over bread cubes.
Lay other bread cubes or slices on top.
Beat egg and milk together and pour over mixture.
Chill overnight in fridge.
