Spanish Omelette(Huevos A La Mexicana) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix eggs with milk.
    Add onion and parsley.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Cook in a greased pan until bottom is hard; fold and cook a few minutes more.
