Exotic Luncheon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) turkey breast
    2 lb. seedless grapes
    3 to 4 cans water chestnuts
    2 c. celery, sliced
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 Tbsp. curry powder (optional)
    pineapple chunks for garnish
Preparation
    Cook turkey breast; cut up.
    Combine turkey, grapes, water chestnuts and celery.
    Combine remaining ingredients; add to turkey mixture.
    Garnish with pineapple chunks.
    Yields 12 to 16 servings.
