Caramel Microwave Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. popped popcorn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. light Karo syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Place popcorn in a large paper bag.
    Put brown sugar, margarine, salt and Karo syrup in a glass bowl and cook on High in microwave until it starts to boil.
    Cook 2 more minutes.
    Remove from microwave; stir and immediately add baking soda.
    Stir until mixture becomes frothy.
    Pour mixture onto popcorn in the paper bag.
    Roll the top of the bag shut and shake hard.
    Microwave for 1/2 minute, then flip bag over and cook another 1/2 minute. Remove bag and shake hard again.
    Microwave 1/2 minute; turn bag again and cook another 1/2 minute.
    Lay popcorn out to dry on a cookie sheet.
