Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sliced mushrooms or 2 (8 oz.) cans stems and pieces
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. sliced ripe olives
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. minced onion
1/3 c. or more half and half
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Layer half of the mushrooms, cheese and olives in a 2-quart casserole. Repeat layering.
Mix flour, seasoned salt, Accent and pepper. Stir in half and half and onion.
Spoon over casserole. Melt butter and blend in bread crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
