Carrot Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 c. finely shredded raw carrot
1/2 c. crushed pineapple with syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In large mixer bowl, stir together dry ingredients.
Add oil, eggs, carrot, pineapple and vanilla.
Mix until all ingredients are moistened.
Beat with electric mixer 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased and lightly floured 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 45 minutes.
Cool completely before frosting.
