Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. unsifted flour
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts, divided
1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
3 eggs, divided
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. cooked pumpkin (one 16 oz. can)
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, 1/2 cup nuts and margarine until crumbly.
Stir in 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla; mix well.
Press into bottom of a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
