Sweet Potato Dumpling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 biscuits (homemade or canned)
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    10 slices raw sweet potatoes
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Roll out individual biscuits. Place thin slice of sweet potato on biscuit and pinch dough together. Melt 1 stick margarine in 9 x 13 pan. Place dumpling pinched side down in butter. Boil water, sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon until thickened. Pour over dumplings. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or more if needed.
