2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. cold water
1/3 c. Italian dressing
3 carrots, shredded
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 small green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms.
Roll or pat dough into 12-inch circle on ungreased cookie sheet.
Pinch edge of circle, forming 1/2-inch rim.
Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over dough.
Bake until crust is golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
