Zucchini-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium white potatoes
    2 eggs, beaten
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, diced, not grated
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 zucchini, unpeeled, grated to make 2 c.
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Add other ingredients to potatoes except margarine and bread crumbs.
    Grease 9-inch pie shaped baking dish with margarine.
    Sprinkle 1/2 of the crumbs over bottom of dish.
    Fill with potato mixture and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
    Dot with remaining margarine.
    Bake for 30 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
