Southern Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked (7 1/2) inch pie crust
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat butter in pan until melted.
    Add sugar.
    Stir; do not boil.
    Cool slightly.
    Beat eggs in bowl until frothy.
    Add vinegar, vanilla and butter/sugar mixture.
    Mix well.
    Pour into shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool before cutting.
