Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sweet green peppers, chopped
2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
2 large chopped onions
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. chicken bouillon
1/2 c. tomato puree
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. dry white wine
1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. liquid red pepper seasoning
2 lb. large shrimp, shelled
Preparation

Saute pepper, onions and celery in butter and oil in a large pot uncovered until tender.
Stir in chicken broth and tomato puree.
Bring to boiling, lower heat and simmer 15 minutes.
