Easy Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
Preparation
    Put egg yolks, salt, mustard, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce into blender bowl; cover and process at mix.
    Remove feeder cap and pour melted butter in a steady stream until mixture is completely emulsified.
    This may be kept warm by setting mixture in very warm (not hot) water in a separate bowl.
