Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
3 to 4 Tbsp. water
1 large onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. half and half
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Preparation

Combine flour and salt.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add water and blend with fork just until mixture holds together.
Roll pastry out to fit a 9-inch pan.
