Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken, diced
    1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, rinsed and chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. ground coriander (optional)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese (6 oz.)
    12 (6-inch) tortillas
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook onion and green pepper in 2 tablespoons of margarine until tender.
    Combine onion in a bowl with chicken and green chili peppers.
    Set aside.
