Pineapple Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped candied pineapple
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients.
Set aside 1 cup for topping. Press remainder into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
