Vanilla Fruit Cup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large unpeeled pear, diced
    2 c. fresh orange sections
    1/2 c. seedless grapes
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    fresh mint leaves for garnish
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except mint leaves.
    Chill for 2 to 3 hours.
    Garnish with mint and serve as appetizer or dessert.
