Fudge Truffle Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chocolate crumb crust
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
    2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chips, melted
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Prepare chocolate crumb crust.
    In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
    Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until set.
    Cool. Chill.
    Garnish.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
