Peach Cream Cobbler(100 Years Old) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. unsalted butter
    8 to 10 ripe, peeled, sliced peaches
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 egg yolks
    1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Sift flour with one tablespoon sugar and salt.
    Cut in butter. Pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover crust with remaining sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Mix egg yolks and whipping cream.
    Pour over peaches and bake an additional 30 minutes.
