Wine-Poached Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt
Preparation
    Remove excess fat from chicken.
    Place chicken and remaining ingredients in a 10-inch nonstick skillet.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer until chicken is done, about 10 minutes.
    Serves 4.
