Chinese Crispy Wontons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground pork
    8 canned water chestnuts finely chopped
    1/4 cup green onions chopped
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
    1 16 oz. package of wonton skins
    Vegetable oil
    Sweet and sour sauce (or Tomato, ketchup & hot mustard)
Preparation
    Combine pork, water chestnuts, green onions, soy sauce, corn starch, salt and ginger in a medium bowl.
    Mix well.
    Place 1/2 tsp. of pork mixture in the center of each wonton skin.
    Fold wonton skin over filling and form a triangle.
    Turn top of triangle down to meet fold.
    Turn over moisten 1 corner with water.
    Overlap opposite corner over moistened corner.
    Press together firmly.
    Heat oil in wok or large sauce pan to 375F. Deep fry wontons 3-4 at a time for 2-3 minutes or until brown and crispy.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve with spicy mustard or sweet & sour sauce.
