Birda'S Decorated Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round green cabbage
    2 c. cheese bits (cut Cheddar or Hord cheese)
    2 c. pickles (any type)
    1 box toothpicks
    1 c. green peppers
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. celery slices
Preparation
    Wash and peel outer leaves of cabbage.
    Cut center flat. Set on
    large platter.
    Arrange and pierce layer by layer, bits of cheese,
    olives
    and
    vegetables
    with toothpicks to form a crown of appetizers.
    Great for parties.
