Penuche Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. or more pecan halves
Preparation

Combine sugars with sour cream, stirring well.
Stir over low heat until mixture forms a soft ball in cold water.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and nuts.
Stir until mixture coats nuts. Turn out on waxed paper.
Separate with a fork.
