Peanut Butter Fudge Candy(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    3 c. quick cooking rolled oats
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1/2 c. chopped peanuts
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, melt butter on High for 45 seconds.
    Add sugar, cocoa, salt and milk.
    Cook on High, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring once.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased 12 x 7-inch or 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cool several hours at room temperature or in refrigerator.
    This candy freezes well.
