Mt. Sterling Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, sliced
1 banana, sliced
Preparation

Blend all ingredients.\tPour in cupcake papers inserted in cupcake
pan.
Freeze.
(Place
in freezer bag for storage and
to be used later.) Remove individual salads as needed and serve
on bed
of
lettuce.
Top with sour cream or any other desired topping.
