Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk plus 1 Tbsp. (if needed)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender or processor; beat until smooth.
    Heat 1 to 2 inches of oil in small skillet.
    Pour 1/2 cup batter into funnel.
    Hold funnel over skillet and start in the middle.
    Release batter in slow circular motion toward outside of skillet.
    Fry until golden on bottom; flip over and fry until golden.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
