Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut 1-inch thick
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
8 oz. sour cream
4 to 6 Tbsp. butter
2 medium onions, sliced
Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Saute
meat
in butter for about 1 minute on each side; set aside.
Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until golden brown, then
return meat to pan.
Add sour cream and a couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Warm thoroughly;
do
not
boil.
Serve over noodles or thick fried potatoes.
